• Collect your urine in a 3/4 litters well clean color plastic pot. Don’t use white or Oily pot.
• Don’t put the first urine of morning, in the pot.
• Wake up in the morning and release Urine in the Toilet. Start collecting your urine from 2nd time, and keep collecting for the next 24hours. (For example: if you started collecting Urine from 8:00 am then you must keep collecting your urine the next morning till 8:00 am.)
• If somehow you failed to collect your full urine the test will fail.
• After putting your urine 1 to 2 times in the pot put the liquid provided by us in the pot.
• After collecting all your urine bring the urine pot to us.

1. For Creatinine Clearance Rate (CCR) Test patients have to come with sample.
2. For VMA test do not eat BANANA and CHOCOLATE for 4 days, and don’t drink Tea/Coffee or any kind of alcohol.

• This test will count Bilirubins in your blood 2 times.
• Each time it will count the following things in your blood Bilirubin level.
• Total Bilirubin.
• Direct Bilirubin.
• Indirect bilirubin.
• For the first time come to us any morning with an empty stomach.
• For the second time, you can only eat six times in 48 hours. Each time you can only eat 2 slices of bread and an egg or a banana. Then for the 2nd bilirubin test come to us in the morning with an empty stomach.

NOTE:

1. You will feel hungry but do not eat anything. Only drink water.

The patient must avoid any kind of sexual activities (intercourse, wet dreams, or masturbation) for 7 days before the test. Come to PDCL from 11:00 am -12.00 pm for the test any day except Friday.

• Patient has to be fasting for 8 – 10 hours.

2 Hours After Break-fast/meal:

• Patient has to give sample 2 hrs. later after break-fast/meal.

Patient has to be in fasting condition for at least 10 hrs.

Do not take a heavy dinner at night if you have this test in the morning. You can eat 1 slice of bread and drink a glass of fruit juice.

After your dinner do not eat or drink anything else not even water, pan or cigarette etc. The next morning come to PDCL at 7.00 am for this test with an empty stomach.

Time: Morning 7 – 12 noon and Evening 6 – 9 PM

For USG of HEPATO.BILIARY-SYSTEM (HBS), ABDOMINAL LUMP, PANCREAS, SPLEEN, Upper abdomen.

Preparation (Test to be done in the Morning):

Eat normal food at night except meat, fish, egg, milk or oily food. Before sleep take 2 ULTRA CARBON TABLET, and don’t eat anything after that. Come to PDCL with an empty stomach within 7 am in the morning for this test.

Preparation (For Evening):

Finish your lunch within 12:00 noon. Do not eat meat, fish, egg, milk or oily food. After lunch take 2 ULTRA CARBON TABLET and do not eat anything after that. Come to PDCL within 5:30 pm for the test.

Preparation:

This test requires a full of the urinary bladder. Come to PDCL with the pressure of urine at 7:00 AM to 12 noon or 6.00 PM to 8.00 PM.

TESTIS, BREAST, THYROID:

Preparation:

This test requires no preparation.

• Patient has to be in empty stomach for 5/6 hours.
• Lopamiro 370 . 50ml (1 bottle) ( Provided that the doctor think it’s necessary) Or Omnipaque 350. 50ml (1bottle)
